The forthcoming Dhanush starrer Mappillai (a make of the 1989 Rajinikanth flick Mappillai ) touted to be a comedy flick has been in and out of news for quite a few times. The last we heard was the crew pulling up their socks to wind up the flick soon. Now finally there is news for all Dhanush fans as sources have revealed that the shooting for the film has completed.
Mapillai will feature the cute Hansika Motwani alongside Dhanush in lead while Manisha Koirala and vivek will play pivotal roles.
Music is scored by Mani sharma while Nirav shan is assigned duties behind the lens.
The film is being directed by Nemichand Jhabak and Hitesh Jhabak with sun pictures handing the distribution rights.
Fans will be expecting nothing less than a mega performance from Dhanush.
